The primary purpose of a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Software Engineer is to design, implement, and maintain software for automated machinery using PLCs. We are looking for someone who is having experience in Siemens PLC only and your will be responsible for programming of the software. We are looking for someone who can join us in 7 days. Location will be Kasna Industrial Area, Greater Noida

**Main Duties of this Position**

1. Develop, test, and refine PLC software.

2. Design complete PLC ladder codes using TIA Portal, RSLogix500, LogixPro

3. Implementation of hardware and wiring configuration for safety / non-safety controller of Siemens / Rockwell / Schneider etc.

4. Create and install custom programmable logic code for safety / non-safety controllers of siemens / Rockwell / Schneider etc.

5. Design the different automation controlling circuit using switches, Relays, Contactors timers & circuit breakers

6. Work with automation software and custom coding languages.

7. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and partners to understand automation needs.

8. Troubleshoot and solve PLC-related system (hardware and software) anomalies.

9. Preparation of PLC software related documents such as requirement documents, design documents, test documents, operation and maintenance manuals etc.

10. Implementation of safety standards, such EN-50128, MISRA - C etc, in the PLC software coding.

11. Responsible for QA/QC and oversight of work being delivered by 3rd party contractor.

12. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

13. Collaboration with other team members (including both hardware and software engineers) to agree on test procedures & methodologies etc.

14. Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by management.

15. Onsite debugging & software update.

**Knowledge & Experience**:
**Essential**:
Degree qualified in Electronic / Computer Science Engineering (B Tech)

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field

Knowledge about electrical equipment drawings and their operation (Power & control circuits)

Shall be capable of drafting Operation and maintenance manuals for PLC based system

Shall be proficient in troubleshooting and failure root cause analysis.

Good communicator.

Good knowledge of MS Office

Ability to use lab equipments. Learn & suggest new equipments & methods of effective testing.

**Highly Desirable**:
Ability to understand and coordinate cross discipline work with teams

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Should have work experience on Siemens safety/non-safety PLCs

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
