**Job description**

Adsomia, one of the leading advertising agencies in Kerala, is looking for a senior visualizer.

- The visualizer is responsible for creating concepts, sketches, and design frameworks for marketing and advertising
- Branding, designing, package designing, and redesigning an identity for a product, service, or organization
- Understand client requirements, plan and come up with innovative and creative designs to match expectations
- Ensuring delivery of high-quality and original artworks
- Assigning tasks and reviewing submissions of junior designers
- Suggesting and making creative corrections to projects
- Coordinating with the design team in generating new and innovative design ideas
- Designing different types of graphics like infographics and illustrations as per the client brief
- Make high engaging marketing videos and gifs
- Maintaining brand consistency and voice in various projects
- Communicating with the marketing team for highly engaged promotional graphics
- Guiding, educating, monitoring, and assessing the productivity and quality output of the Design team

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Senior Visualizer in an ad agency
- High proficiency in different design software
- Should know new design techniques and the latest design trends
- A strong aesthetic sense of color combinations, fonts, and layout
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in a competitive environment under pressure
- Understanding of digital and traditional artwork requirements
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

- panavila trivandrum, Thiruvananthapuram - 695014, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
