**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated BHMS/BAMS Practitioner to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As BHMS/BAMS Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing medical care to our patients, ensuring their well-being and overall health improvement. Your expertise and compassionate approach will contribute to our mission of delivering patient-centered care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for members, in collaboration with a physician, to identify risk areas and customize their medical profiles for ongoing engagement.
- Arrange and coordinate all necessary assessments, including medical tests, screenings, and consultations, to ensure comprehensive health evaluation.
- Explain and educate members about relevant add-on services available, assisting them in availing these services through coordination with our concierge team.
- Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of specialist consultations, adhering to Turnaround Time (TAT) commitments.
- Promote member participation in relevant webinars and educational sessions that align with their health needs and interests.
- Deliver approved educational content from our knowledge bank
- Review the annual engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. BHMS/BAMS degree from a recognized institution.

2. Valid registration and license to practice in India.

3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a BHMS/BAMS Practitioner, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting

4. Strong diagnostic skills to assess patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and effectively communicate treatment plans.

6. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

8. Adherence to professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
