**Job Description**:
Basic Function

2. Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems
3. Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that’s always up and running
4. Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
6. Install and test computer-related equipment
7. Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly.
8. Monitor Servers health and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain new servers as needed
9. Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
10. Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
11. Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups

1. Periodic data backup for Finsys server & users data save & trouble shooting.
2. Management of access control & CCTV network system.
3. Cyber security, Antivirus system management.
4. Employee’s e-access management.
5. Finsys System ( ERP) Management.
6. Network management & trouble-free access.
7. Tracking of AMC & address trouble shooting.
8. Overall IT operation of Plant.
9. Implement New IT initiative based on business needs.
10. Handling IT security, Software compliances, IT Budget, IT MIS.

Qualification
BCA/MCA & Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking.
