**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative cosmetic formulations that meet market needs and consumer preferences.
- Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and trends in the cosmetic industry to inspire product innovation.
- Design and execute experiments to optimize product formulations for performance, stability, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all stages of product development.
- Conduct stability testing and shelf-life studies to ensure product quality and efficacy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to formulation, manufacturing, and packaging.
- Keep detailed records of experiments, results, and formulations in accordance with company protocols.
- Participate in product scale-up and manufacturing process transfer activities.
- Support product launches by providing technical expertise and training to relevant teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in cosmetic R&D, formulation development, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation principles, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with regulatory requirements for cosmetics (FDA, EU, etc.) and familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in the cosmetic industry.
