**Job role: Depot In charge**
**Function: Warehouse**
**Reporting to: Operation Manager**
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**
- Plan and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Optimize resource utilization for smooth workflow.
- Ensure 100% on time dispatch and delivery. Minimize operational delays to less than 5% per month.
**Inventory Control**
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movement, and reconciliation. Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- 98% stock accuracy in records. Conduct and close monthly stock audits with zero discrepancies.
**Team Leadership**
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including loaders, helpers, and system executives. Conduct regular training to improve performance.
- Achieve 90% team satisfaction in surveys. Ensure team productivity meets or exceeds set targets.
**Safety and Compliance**
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.
- Zero workplace accidents or safety violations. 100% compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
**Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain and update all operational records, including delivery logs, stock reports, and employee attendance. Submit regular reports to management.
- Timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 100% accuracy in operational documentation.
**Cost Control**
- Monitor and control operational expenses to ensure budget adherence. Implement cost saving measures without compromising quality or efficiency.
- Reduce operational costs by 10% annually. Achieve budget adherence in monthly reviews.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Education**: Higher secondary, Diploma or Graduate.
- **Experience**: Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse or depot management.
- **Skills Required**:
- Leadership and team management.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel tools such as pivot tables, macros, and formulas.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
