Job Title: Sales Executive - APAC
Company: Coda Recommendation Systems Pvt Ltd. (Subsidiary of CodeData, Inc.)
Location: Anywhere in India, remote with the need to come to the office 2-3 times in a quarter. Travel to customer locations as needed

Working Hours: APAC hours

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the APAC region.
2. Market Research: Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
3. Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry events.
4. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
5. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our AI software solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.
6. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our solutions.
7. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
8. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
9. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates to the Sales Director.
10. Travel: Be willing to travel as needed within the APAC region to meet clients, attend conferences, and close deals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). (required)
- Proven track record of at least 8 years in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing or AI software industry. (required)
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus. (required)
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its challenges. (required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Willingness to travel as needed throughout the APAC region.
