**Business Need / Purpose of Role**:
This position is required to handle purchasing of raw material bought-out parts and standard parts from supplier.

**Objectives & Measurement**

**Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities**:
**Objectives**:
1. Looking after purchasing of raw material from supplier within the target Price.

2. Regularly communicating with raw material supplier and PPC for new procurement.

3. New vendor development for the secondary process and purchase raw material.

4. ERP.

5. Regularly coordinating with production, store team & marketing team, respective company, plan production as per the daily requirement

6. In-time delivery of parts and raw material.

7. Coordinating within house quality team and supplier for any quality issue.

8. Coordinating with accounts department for payment and other process.

9. Coordinating and arranging special training programs on demand of partnering industry to the trainees by contacting vendors and external trainers.

10. Local Travelling

11. Aware about Market conditions(Availability of Raw material, Procurement Conditions)

**Job Knowledge / Education and Qualification**

**Education and/or Experience**:
B.E/Diploma/Any Degree with 1-4 years’ of experience in purchase.

**Language Skills**: Proficiency in English (Written and Verbal)

**Core Competencies**

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies.
- Awareness about Local Suppliers and vendors
- Rate negotiations, cost effectiveness, material planning as per BOM

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
