**Job Summary**: We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 5-6 years of digital marketing experience to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations with a focus on developing and executing strategies to strengthen the company’s and clients online presence and increase our marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as required.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 5years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce, PPC, SEO & SEM.
- Knowledge of media editing software (photo and video).
- Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong project management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience managing PPC, SEO, and Affiliate programs.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience in marketing automation technology.
- Skills in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
