**Job Title**: Health Care Recruiter (for IT Recruiters transitioning to Health Care Recruitment).

**Location: Dehradun (On Site)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients in the health care industry to understand their staffing needs, provide updates on recruitment progress, and ensure alignment with their requirements.

Metrics and Reporting: Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to track progress, measure performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Industry Knowledge Development: Continuously update your knowledge about the health care industry, including job market trends, regulations, and best practices for health care recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
- Familiarity with the health care industry, including job roles, qualifications, and regulations, or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT/HealthCare Recruitment: 1 year (preferred)
