**Position**: JIRA Service Admin Desk
**Employment Type**: Full time
**Timing**: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST
**Location**:Remote
**Experience/Knowledge**:
- 2 - 3 years of experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence including tool administration and customization.
- 2 - 3 years’ minimum experience supporting production systems. Certified Jira Administrator (preferred).
- Experience creating and managing Jira Software Project required.
- Experience creating ServiceDesk templates, custom issues and workflows, custom forms, and attributes.
- Experience in using/extending REST/API Services and Java scripts.
- Understanding of various add-ons in Jira. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint preferred.
- Working experience in HTML, JavaScript, Groovy script, and Python.
- Experience in building dashboards and reports is mandatory.
- Self-directed and able to manage changing priorities.
