We are an Wedding Photo Editing Company are looking for an additional Lightroom photo editor to join our team:
This is what we need / how it would work:

- we import all raw shots into LR (often 3000-5000) and create Smart Previews
- we develop 1-2 shots per scene (prep, church, group shots etc) as a style guide (exposure, colours, sharpness etc), usually that's about 50 photos
- we send you the LR catalogue file with all Smart Previews via Google Drive (usually around 10GB)
- you select (cull) about 400-500 (depending on job) additional photos
- you edit these photos to match the style guide so they all have the same look
- you send back the catalogue file (no need to attach the previews)
- we pay Monthly or Weekly Basis

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
