**Job Title: Internal Auditor**

**Base Location**:Corporate Office, Jaipur

**Department**: Audit

**Reporting to**: Audit Head

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal audit reviews of various departments and processes to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, accuracy of financial records, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of audit concern.
- Perform audit procedures, including testing of controls, document examination, analytical procedures, and interviews with relevant personnel.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, which include findings, recommendations, and action plans to address identified control deficiencies.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement appropriate control measures and process enhancements.
- Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting principles and reporting requirements.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits to verify the accuracy of physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Provide support in external audits by preparing required working papers and liaising with auditors as needed.
- Assist in conducting forensic investigations and audits in cases of suspected fraud or financial irregularities.

**Qualification**: CA Inter qualification is required.

**Experience**: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.

**Additional Skills**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-development skills.
- Hands on experience of SAP

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
