**Description**
- Malayalam Speaking Skill is Required.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests, to diagnose urological conditions accurately.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with urological disorders, considering their medical history, preferences, and overall health status.
- Perform a wide range of urological surgeries, including but not limited to prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ureteroscopy, and lithotripsy, using mínimally invasive techniques and advanced surgical technologies.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care to surgical patients, including counseling, monitoring, and managing complications as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as oncologists, radiologists, nephrologists, and primary care physicians, to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between specialties.
- Educate patients and their families about urological conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote health and well-being.
- Participate in departmental meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery and clinical outcomes.
- Stay abreast of advancements in urology research, treatment modalities, and surgical techniques through continuing medical education, professional development activities, and participation in relevant conferences and seminars.
