**About Us**:
Rajhans Enterprises is a leading printing company dedicated to delivering high-quality and innovative printing solutions. With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled Gravure Printing Operator to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate gravure printing presses according to job specifications.
- Monitor and adjust printing parameters to maintain high-quality print standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any printing equipment issues.
- Ensure the proper loading and unloading of materials onto the press.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Inspect printed materials for defects and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Gravure Printing Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating gravure printing presses.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of printing materials, inks, and substrates.
- Ability to interpret job specifications and follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical training in printing operations is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
