**Job Title: OPT Recruiter**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, university partnerships, and networking, to attract qualified international students eligible for OPT.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- **Program Promotion and Outreach**:

- Promote the OPT program and its benefits to international students through informational sessions, workshops, and campus events.
- Develop marketing materials and strategies to increase awareness of OPT opportunities among students, universities, and employers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field.
- Knowledge of immigration regulations, particularly related to OPT and F-1 student visas.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of cultural diversity and sensitivity to the needs of international students.
- Experience working in higher education or with international student populations is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
