- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers over the phone and through virtual platforms.
- **Problem Solving**: Effective problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and objections.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environmenLanguages**: Multilingual skills are a plus, as the role may involve communication with diverse customer segments.
