Trainee Psychologist

We are looking for Trainee Psychologist to work at our center in Kharadi Pune.

This role is to work with children and adults (autism therapies as well as Adult Mental Health challenges).

*This list of activities that the trainee undertakes in not exhaustive and the ones below only gives a brief idea of what the work entails.

1) Conducting intake assessments: The trainee psychologist may assist in conducting initial assessments with clients to gather information about their mental health history, symptoms, and treatment goals.

2) Providing individual and group therapy: The trainee psychologist may provide therapy to clients individually or in group settings. They may use a range of therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, or psychoanalytic therapy.

3) Collaborating with treatment team: The trainee psychologist may collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, or nurses, to develop and implement treatment plans for clients.

4) Providing crisis intervention: The trainee psychologist may assist in providing crisis intervention services to clients who are experiencing acute mental health issues.

5) Documenting client progress: The trainee psychologist may maintain client records and document their progress throughout treatment. They may also provide regular reports to supervisors or treatment team members.

6) Conducting psychoeducational groups: The trainee psychologist may facilitate psychoeducational groups that provide information about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and self-care techniques.

Overall, the trainee psychologist's job is to support the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, and to provide support and guidance to their families. They work under the supervision of a licensed professional and may be involved in a range of activities to support children with Autism/mental health issues and their families.

**Self-transport is mandatory. Ready to travel for work purposes in Pune. (eligible for an extra bonus for travel)**

Work timings
- Full Time.. Mon to Saturday
- 09:00 am to 06:00 pm

Part time..Mon to Sat 09.00 am to 02:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 6 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
