- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and scrutinize sales and purchase bills.
- Handle cash and bank transfers.
- Manage banking formalities and bank reconciliation statements.
- Prepare profit and loss statements and balance sheets in Tally.
- Manage GST statements and payments.
- Maintain inventory records in Tally and Excel.
- Assist with yearly compliances under the guidance of the Company Secretary.
- Organize board meetings and related formalities.
- Advise on project funding estimates.
- Assist with year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
- Examine financial records for accuracy.
- Attend exhibitions and participate in marketing and sales activities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, Excel, Tally, GST, and other compliances.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
