**Job Title: ETL Tester**:
**Job Location: Offshore - Pune/Bangalore (India), Onsite - Bethesda, Maryland, US**:

- Job summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a single point of contact for the database/back-end testing phase of a project
- Define and implement best practices for test
- Develop and maintain a test strategy
- Ensure and be accountable for the quality of the product releases
- Understand the overall scope, and ensure the correctness and completeness of the test scripts
- Design and develop test scripts
- Execution of test scripts, log defects and perform retesting
- Track defects to closure by working with the development team
- Report the status of testing on a regular basis to all the stakeholders
- Interaction with clients/business stakeholders
- Assist in test effort estimation and forecasting
- Guide teams to be self-organized, and promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation, continuous improvement, and celebrating success

Desired Profile:
**Mandatory Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree preferably in Computer Science or related fields from premium institutions
- Strong industry experience in architecting, developing, and shipping software products and/or services
- Should have good knowledge of technology trends and understanding of product development.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices, RESTful API design and development using Java Spring boot
- Strong experience working with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop/Hive/Spark with distributions such as Cloudera and AWS EMR. Proven track record of consistently architecting, designing, developing and/or implementing an end-to end Big Data Lake/Business Intelligence/Data Science project
- Experience working with popular web frameworks like React, Angular, jQuery, HTML5/CSS3, and Bootstrap
- Strong experience with RDBMS and NoSQL technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, Solr, MongoDB etc.
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Software/Product Development experience for New Age Companies. Exposure to Healthcare Data Analytics sector would be of added advantage
- Must demonstrate the ability to support aggressive business build up and expansion activities
- Should have outstanding track record of consistent performance with an innovative and non-conventional approach
- Commitment to result orientation and target deliverables
**Preferred Skills**:

- Master's degree in a related field or in Business Administration (MS or MBA)
- Certified Scrum Master and experience managing agile team
- Experience in JIRA
- Background in the US healthcare industry
- Experience using HP Load Runner and JMeter
