We are seeking a talented and experienced Campaign Manager to join our digital marketing agency. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign success and deliver measurable results.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaign plans to achieve clients' goals and objectives.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and key insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaign content, including ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

Set campaign budgets, monitor spending, and allocate resources effectively.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and platforms.

Identify areas for optimization and implement data-driven improvements to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in digital marketing.

Communicate campaign progress, insights, and recommendations to clients, providing excellent client service.

Conduct post-campaign analysis and prepare reports to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for future improvement.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or similar role in digital marketing.

Familiarity with campaign management tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization and decision-making.

Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative campaign ideas.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
