- Job Description- Ensuring effective functioning of the office of Whole time director and Sr EVP.
- Facilitate communication and co-ordination with internal personnel and external personnel
- Monitor and follow up on all communication on behalf of Whole time director and Sr EVP.
- Managing and organizing meetings and draw up internal as well as external minutes of the meeting, and follow up for the committed actions on behalf of the person you are reporting to.
- Look after the day to day
- routine activities and correspondence.
- Review and maintain schedules and appointments
- Maintaining an organized filing system.
- Follow up on agendas as per the timelines discussed with the cross functional teams
- Provide day-to-day strategic support to the CEO office - which includes the preparation and routing of reports, presentation decks, dashboards, etc.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns including those of a sensitive or confidential nature - determine appropriate course of action
- Liaise with internal staff, and external stakeholders at all levels
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
- At least 10+ years' experience demonstrating proficiency in a similar role to exhibit organizational and planning skills, judgment and decision-making ability, initiative, adaptability and attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced problem solving and research & planning skills to manage deliverables and timelines
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage high-level communication with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, driven, motivated to continually learn, the role has a deep career runway
- Ability to successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications & challenges in order to deliver stellar results
- Strong MS Office skills, specifically strong working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, lookups, pivots) and PowerPoint
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be a self-starter who can anticipate needs and fulfil on them in a proactive manner.
