**Job Role**:
The Medicine sales assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our business by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and managing inventory effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Checking Medicine Invoices**: Verify the accuracy of medicine invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes. Ensure all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile with records.
- **Expiry Management**: Keep track of product expiry dates and manage the removal of expired stock from inventory. Coordinate with suppliers for replacements or returns.
- **Qualifications**:
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). (Add on benefit)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in Local Language.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management software.
