**Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products/services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and strategies that support sales efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
- **Client Services**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives to recommend appropriate products/services and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve our products/services and client experience.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and client services roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
