The Role

Your analytical and creative mindset will be put to the test as you anticipate trends, stay up-to-date on leading technology, and participate in Kyndryl's architectural boards. Your expertise will guide functional objectives and technologies, and you'll be a driving force in evaluating, identifying, and developing software solutions.

In addition to your technical prowess, you'll also be a strong leader and communicator, able to train and oversee the activities of our development team. You'll foster a collaborative environment and work closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Programmers, and Engineers to ensure our software solutions are meeting the needs of our business and our customers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Responsibilities Provide architectural leadership to Solution Architects to deliver thoughtful IT solutions to the business-
As Lead Architect for project delivery
- Performing quality review of project deliverables. Lead work sessions and client discussion.-
- Spearheading the complete Solution Architecture, Digital Transformation, Cloud Modernization & Architecture, Software Development and Performance Tuning -
Offering and capability development Experience- Familiarity with tools such as New Relic, Splunk- Must have executed large app modernization and cloud native architecting programs (at least 2 programs)Preferred Technical and Professional Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with one or more automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform
- Experience with containerization packaging, tooling, and DevOps methodologies
- Experience in management and orchestration for distributed federated edge K8S clusters like Helm
- Understanding of computer networking and protocols
