**Job Summary**:
As a UI/UX Designer in the IT department, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and effective user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to deliver user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- **User Research**:

- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user behaviors and preferences.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
- **Wireframing and Prototyping**:

- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
- **Visual Design**:

- Develop visually appealing and on-brand user interfaces.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to ensure a consistent visual identity.
- **Interaction Design**:

- Define and design interactions to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless and intuitive navigation through digital products.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with developers to implement and refine UI features.
- Collaborate with product managers to align design solutions with business goals.
- **Usability Testing**:

- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions.
- Interpret test results and implement improvements accordingly.
- **Documentation**:

- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.
- Provide clear design specifications for development teams.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
- Continuously enhance skills through training and self-learning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in the IT or technology sector.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
