Reporting to - Executive Director

Responsibilities & duties:
Responsibilities will include leading the team to achieve the following. The responsibilities will include but not limited to the below:

- To conduct Financial, Operational and System Audit of the company.
- identify Areas for Improvement in Internal Control & Risk Management and Provide Proper Procedural Measures to Mitigate Those Risk.
- Performing Internal Audits for the all the units.
- Audits in the areas of Compliance review,
- Pre-audit preparation and communication with the auditees. Pre Audit of purchase order, Service Orders.
- Present audit findings to plant head or concerned HOD.
- Identify areas of improvement and suggest measures to strengthen the control systems.
- Review and control over production planning and efficiency.
- Inventory control.

Qualifications and experience

CA or CA Inter / Graduate

6 to 7 years of experience (Experience in manufacturing industry preferred)

Competencies:
Accounting software, Advance excel and ERP knowledge and experience

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

- Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
