**Job **Description**:

- Inventory Management:

- Monitor and manage the inventory levels of spare parts to ensure adequate stock is maintained to
meet customer demand.
- Conduct regular audits of spare parts inventory and assist in the identification of slow-moving or
obsolete parts.
- Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory costs.
- Order Processing:

- Process orders for spare parts from retail customers, service departments, and dealerships ensuring
accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouses and logistics for the timely delivery of spare parts and resolve any
shipment issues.
- Supplier Relations:

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the availability and
quality of spare parts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve the best possible
procurement outcomes.
- Sales and Customer Support:

- Provide technical and product information to customers, including service departments and
dealerships, regarding spare parts specifications and compatibility.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns related to spare parts in a timely and
professional manner.
- Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and demands for spare parts in the automobile industry.
- Analyze sales data and develop forecasts to inform purchasing and stocking decisions.
- Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales, and orders using automated systems and other
tools.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory metrics, and supplier performance for
management review.
- Training and Development:

- Train and support other team members in best practices and updated information regarding spare
parts and inventory management processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new spare parts technologies, and evolving customer needs.
