This position will be responsible for giving **SME support to SAS E&I team **which handles physician and facility claims adjustment (both outpatient and inpatient). This team handles claim adjustments of platinum providers. The SME will be responsible for ensuring quality level of the team and ensure that all updates are timely disseminated in the team and the knowledge level of the team remains at its peak. This will help the team to deliver quality work and meet customer expectations.

**Primary Responsibility**:

- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

**Required Qualifications**:

- Working experience of ISG M&R or ISG C&S or SAS E&I process for 24 months or more.
- Detailed understand of SOP/Reimbursement policies/Claim scenarios encountered in ISG work (M&R or C&S) for ISG SME positions and SAS E&I work for SAS E&I SME position
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to quality improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to increase productivity to meet minimum requirements while maintaining quality standards

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of MS Office and PC Skills
- Proven effective Time Management
- Proven detail Oriented, Good Analytical and research skills and Process adherence orientation
- Demonstrated ability to work in any shifts allocated including proper night shifts
- Demonstrated ability to adhoc analysis work and sharing trending on critical quality issues
