Telecaller/teleconsultant

As a Tele caller/TeleConsultant, your primary responsibility will be to initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients (warm and hot leads) who are interested in immigration services. You will play a crucial role in promoting our immigration consultancy services and engaging with prospective clients to provide them with information about the immigration process, requirements, and our services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in immigration services through inquiries, website, social media or other sources.

2. Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and detailed information to potential clients about various immigration programs, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and other relevant information.

3. Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their queries, clarifying doubts, and building rapport to instill confidence in our services.

4. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested clients to connect with immigration consultants or advisors for personalized guidance and consultation.

5. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with leads who have shown interest but haven't taken further action, aiming to convert them into active clients.

6. Database Management: Maintain a record of all communication and interactions with potential clients in the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

7. Market Research: Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

8. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and prospects, identifying areas for improvement in our services and communication.
- Excellent communication and immaculate English language skills, both verbal and written.
- At least 1 year of telecalling experience, preferably from Immigration industry.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Patience and empathy to understand clients' concerns and provide suitable solutions.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
