**Responsibilities**:
- Developing a deep understanding of the water purifier products offered by the company, including their features, benefits, and specifications.
- Leading the sales team in providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting the right water purifier for their needs, and closing sales. This may involve demonstrating product functionality and explaining the benefits of different models.
- Hiring, training, and supervising sales staff to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge and sales skills to effectively engage with customers and meet sales targets.
- Monitoring inventory levels of water purifiers and related accessories, placing orders with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels, and conducting regular inventory audits to prevent stock outs or overstock situations.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including setting sales targets, identifying target customer segments, and planning promotional campaigns or discounts to boost sales.
- Managing day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and manufacturers of water purifiers to ensure timely delivery of products, resolve any issues with product quality or availability, and negotiate favorable terms for purchasing.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers who may have questions or issues with their water purifiers, and coordinating with the company's technical team for more complex technical problems.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online advertisements to promote the company's water purifier products and attract customers to the store.
- Analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to evaluate the store's performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
