**Position Overview**:
As an Architect/Designer specializing in office space interiors, you will be instrumental in conceiving, planning, and executing cutting-edge designs tailored to the unique requirements of our corporate clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization and Design Development**:
Collaborate with clients and the design team to develop innovative and functional design concepts for office spaces.

Create mood boards, 2D and 3D renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.

**Space Planning and Layout Design**:
Conduct thorough site assessments and space analyses to determine optimal layout configurations.

Develop detailed space plans and layouts that maximize functionality, efficiency, and aesthetics.

Material Selection and Specification:
Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that align with the design concept, budget, and sustainability goals.

**Technical Documentation**:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and local regulations.

**Coordination and Communication**:
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Facilitate clear and timely communication between the design team, clients, and project stakeholders.

**Project Management**:
Oversee projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to design intent.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough reviews and inspections to ensure designs are executed accurately and meet the highest standards of quality.

Address any discrepancies or issues promptly and provide effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

5+ years of experience specializing in office space interiors.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and functionality.
