Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Process Improvement Coordinator at our Rishikesh location. As a Process Improvement Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and managing business process improvement initiatives. This includes analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and monitoring the effectiveness of the implemented changes. You will also be responsible for communicating and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of processes.

**Qualifications**:
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify areas for process improvement

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders

Experience in analyzing business processes and implementing improvement strategies

Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools

Ability to work independently and in a team

Strong problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
