- Proven experience as a Skating Coach or similar role, preferably in an educational or sports organization.
- Certification from a recognized skating association or federation is desirable.
- Strong skating skills and proficiency in teaching various skating disciplines (e.g., figure skating, speed skating).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for practices and events.
