The store supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. They oversee staff, inventory, and customer service, while also handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.
- Address any issues or conflicts among staff members in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and overages.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and personnel matters.
- Prepare reports for management on store performance, sales trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,724.23 - ₹20,000.00 per month
