**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist front office staff with administrative duties
- Schedule appointments for front office service
- Ensure front office supplies are well stocked and organized
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning in maintaining front office area
- Perform office duties and specialty tasks as needed.
- Assist with Front Office marketing efforts
- Maintain all guest information
- Maintain office, including filing and clerical work
- Assist with check-out procedures
- Assist with guest relations
- Other duties as assigned

What we are looing for:

- 1+ years’ related experience in a front office environment
- Strong customer service skills and warm, friendly interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
