We are urgently looking for qualified and experienced academics / administrators to immediately assume the role of Principal of U.P. Public School, a CBSE affiliated English Medium K 12 school located at P.O. Suri, Dist. Birbhum, West Bengal, PIN- 731103.
- Academic Compliance, liasoning with regulating authorities like CBSE.
- Ensuring the academic rigor and smooth functioning of the entire campus.
- Recruitment of faculty and other staff members.
- Observe lectures regularly and deliver targeted feedback to faculty members.
- Coordinate and manage creative, inspiring professional development sessions in line with school goals and priorities.
- Conduct Annual Performance Appraisal of the faculty members of the institute and provide feedback to the faculty.
- Providing recommendations to the management on policies and procedures, especially in the academic area.
- Preparing and administering the Departments academic program budgets, including determining staffing and operational needs.
- Regularly assessing the operational budget against plan and make appropriate recommendations.
- Participate in regular leadership team meetings.
- Lead staff trainings at start and end of academic session.

**Qualifications**

Ex-Principal of CBSE K12 English Medium School with work experience in the same field preferred.

**Salary**: ₹23,453.73 - ₹117,077.45 per month
