**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of strong Pre-sales/Bid management experience in IT Industry
- Identify and Respond to RFI/RFQ/RFPs within stipulated timelines
- Prepare and deliver Statements of Work detailing technical and commercial proposals
- Drive and Manage large and complex bids with leading clients and prospects
- Bringing creative ideas and new value propositions while building the proposals
- Work closely with the Sales/Technical/Delivery teams while building the proposals
- Engaging with the Sales Team to bring the technical/domain expertise required in the sales cycle
- Help in Architecting the right solution that fits the customer requirement
- Knowledge in Customer Interaction Management
- Strong experience in supporting US customers
- Should have very good experience in responding to RFI/RFQ/RFP
- Should have very good experience in preparing Statement of Work (SOW) Technical and Commercial Proposal
- Good technical understanding
- Well versed in Estimation techniques and Commercial/ Pricing models
- Should understand Lead Generation, Sales cycle, Bid Management/ Pre-sales cycle, Project Execution, Support, etc
- Should have very good experience in preparing documents
- Should have strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Support US customers with overlap work timings
- Experience working in a professional and consulting environment preferred
- Must have excellent organizational and project management skills
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
