**Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Write, edit, and develop high-quality manuscripts across various genres and topics.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with authors to understand their voice, style, and goals, ensuring the content reflects their vision.
- **Research**: Conduct in-depth research to ensure the accuracy and credibility of manuscripts.
- **Feedback Integration**: Revise and refine manuscripts based on feedback from authors and editors.
- **Deadline Management**: Deliver drafts and final manuscripts within agreed timelines.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding projects and authorship agreements.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a ghostwriter or content writer is preferred. Freshers with a **BA/MA in English (Hons)** are welcome.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to adapt to different tones, styles, and genres.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the publishing industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
