Site Admin Executive
**Purpose**

Site admin will be responsible for providing the admin support to the project site. He will be performing his duties in accordance with the L&W standard procedures and to support the Project Manager to ensure that site operations run efficiently.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Reports to Project Manager for day to day work related responsibilities and to Admin Manager for support and guidance.
- Takes the daily staff attendance and maintains the record.
- Manage logistics for labour. (Bus facility from labour camps to the project site) and for staff from guest house to the project site.
- Manages food for labour as per PM’s directions.
- Coordinates with HO and arranges for the requirements for staff uniforms/id cards/PPE’s etc.
- Manages provision of drinking water and construction water at site and keeps a record of the same.
- Assists the Safety Officer during new labour site safety inductions.
- Provides data of new labour to HR for PF related matters.
- Manages office stationary, equipment’s with guidance from PM and Admin Manager in HO. Maintains the records of the same.
- Manages maintenance of the PG guest house for L&W staff.
- Collects and forwards the electricity, telephone bills to HO in timely manner.
- Manages petty cash under PM’s direction and with support from Admin Manager in HO.
- Manage the inventory of all office consumables and records.
- Manages housekeeping of the L&W site office.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
