**Key Responsibilities**:
Order Processing: Handle customer orders received through various channels, such as the

information is captured and entered into the system.

Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries,

resolving issues, and providing information about products, order status, and delivery updates.

Strive to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Order Tracking: Monitor and track order progress throughout the fulfillment process.

Proactively communicate with customers to provide timely updates on order status, shipping

details, and any potential delays or issues.

Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues related

to orders, deliveries, or product quality. Collaborate with relevant teams, such as logistics or

quality control, to address and resolve customer problems promptly.

After-Sales Support: Provide comprehensive after-sales service to customers, including

handling returns, exchanges, and refunds. Assist customers with product warranties, repairs, or

any other post-purchase inquiries or support required.

Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for

improvement and opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Share insights and

suggestions with the relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.

CRM Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the

CRM system. Ensure that customer profiles, interactions, and order histories are properly

documented and easily accessible for future reference.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams, such as sales,

marketing, inventory, and fulfillment, to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and

effective resolution of customer inquiries or issues.

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products to

customers based on their preferences, purchase history, and needs. Provide product

recommendations and promotions to enhance the customer experience.

Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Proactively engage with customers to build strong relationships, offer personalized support, and

address any concerns to foster long-term customer satisfaction.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent

work experience)
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, or customer relationship

management roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Familiarity with CRM software or order management systems
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries or issues
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively across departments

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
