1. Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls to potential customers.

2. Identify and understand customer needs to effectively promote and sell our products/services.

3. Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers.

4. Present pricing and terms to potential customers and negotiate agreements to close sales.

5. Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

7. Keep detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

10. Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development programs.
