A Tele caller in our beauty academy is responsible for contacting prospective students, answering their inquiries, and guiding them through the enrollment process for various beauty and skincare courses offered by the academy. The primary objective of a tele caller is to generate leads, provide information, and facilitate the recruitment of students for the academy's programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls:Make outbound calls to leads and potential students from the academy's database or through lead generation efforts.

Information Dissemination:

- Provide detailed information about the beauty academy's courses, programs, schedules, and admission requirements to prospective students.

Answering Inquiries:

- Respond to inquiries related to course content, duration, certification, career prospects, and any other questions potential students may have.

Appointment Scheduling:

- Schedule appointments for academy visit, Demo class, or further discussions with admissions counselors.

Follow-up Calls:

- Conduct follow-up calls with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled in a course. Encourage and assist with the enrollment process.

Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls, interactions, and final status in the academy's database files.

Target Achievement:

- Work towards and meet specific enrollment and conversion targets set by the academy.

Sales Closing:
Feedback Collection:

- Gather feedback from potential students regarding their experience with the enrollment process and share this information with the admissions team for continuous improvement.

Reporting:

- Provide regular reports to management on call activity, lead conversion rates.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
