Karmayogi Facilitators

**Inviting Karmayogi Facilitators / Trainers in Karnataka who are inspired by the vision of bringing about change in society and nation at large and would like to become a part of a nation-wide network of change catalysts.**

**Your role as a Karmayogi Facilitator**

As a Facilitator, you are at the forefront of these change programs, where your role is not just one of training people, but it is one of awakening people to their own inherent potential and helping them find their own answers.

As part of the role you will be training and developing “Master Resource Persons” who will be conducting transformative training programs on the ground. This will include:
Conducting trainings in residential/ face-to-face mode in the following cities:
Bangalore

Mysore

Dharwad

Gulbarga

Shimoga

There are two opportunities: Immediate opportunity and long term opportunity

The immediate opportunity is for developing **School Teachers in Karnataka.**

People who come from a teaching background (or) who have a deep understanding of School Teacher context will be preferred.

You will be trained by Illumine** for 5 days**. This will be an extensive capacity building program (using cutting-edge pedagogies and cognitive tools/ approaches developed by Illumine).

You will then train the Selected Master Resource Persons, for **~ 5 weeks**. This training will be **fulltime [Monday-Friday]**. The trained Master Resource Persons will in turn conduct the program for School Teachers on the ground.

You will have to train in Kannada, but knowledge of English will be an asset.

You will be provided with suitable remuneration for the project after the interview/ demo process.

There is also a long term opportunity for association wherein you can partner with Illumine to deliver Illumine’s powerful models to colleges, businesses and individuals. You may also work with Illumine in cutting edge areas in education like cognitive pedagogies, cognitive ethnography, etc.

Are you proficient Kannada and have working knowledge of English? (written and spoken)

Min. 3 years of experience in training _(Preferably training school teachers. In areas of leadership skills, communication skills, behavioural change, etc.)_
