Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion**:

- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and efficacy.
- **Building Relationships**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure product visibility and preference.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Stay updated on competitor products and market dynamics.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling pharmaceutical products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize product penetration.
- **Product Training**:

- Stay informed about the technical and scientific aspects of the products.
- Conduct product training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- **Customer Education**:

- Educate healthcare professionals about the proper use and administration of pharmaceutical products.
- Provide information on potential side effects and precautions.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor information.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools for efficient reporting.
- **Event Participation**:

- Represent the company at medical conferences, seminars, and other events.
- Organize and participate in product presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales is often preferred.
- Familiarity with the local healthcare market.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear and concise manner.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor product presentations accordingly.
- **Initiative**:

- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to take initiative and explore new sales opportunities.
- **Driving License**:

- A valid driving license is often required for mobility and visiting healthcare professionals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Pharma: 1 year (preferred)
