Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads and closing sales deals over the phone. They contact potential customers, introduce them to the company's products or services, and convince them to make a purchase. The Telesales Executive should have excellent communication and persuasion skills, be persistent and result-driven, and have a deep understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Introduce the company's products or services to potential customers and explain their benefits.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns about the product or service.
- Persuade potential customers to make a purchase and close sales deals over the phone.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in telesales or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Persistent and result-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
