**Position description**:
Additional Responsibility: Perform role of paralegal for preparing and docketing legal forms, Maintaining Patent Databases and Records for drafting and prosecution team.

**Role Description**:
1. Prepare high quality IP illustrations, ensure timely processing of paralegal compliance requirements

2. Co-ordinate with techical teams, IP attorneys, style teams and create IP illustrations meeting jurisdiction specific requirements

3. Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to create IP digital photos and evidences meeting evidence act requirements for IP

4. Implement cost effective methods & effective inventory of IP illustrations, Leverage IT for creation of value, productivity improvement from time to time

5. Accountable for continuous improvement, building suitable means to bring best-in-class practices in IP

6. Standardise and automate processes by building and upkeep of digital library of IP illustrations across technologies of engines systems, EVHEV, flowcharts, chassis systems, body engineering, electrical and electronics etc.

7. Prepare quick IP illustration from scratch in absence of CAD data

8. Co-ordinate with service teams for service manuals, user manuals and parts catalogues, systematically docket all IP illustrations as well as legal evidences including sale and service functions
