**About the School**
- Jain Futuristic Academy is an International K -12 School in New Town Kolkata, offering the IGCSE & CBSE Curricula to students.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Shadow Teacher to join our team.

**Roles & Responsibilities-**
- **Provide Individualized Support**: Tailor teaching methods and strategies to meet the unique learning needs of the student. This may involve modifying lesson plans, materials, or activities to accommodate the student's abilities and preferences.
- **Facilitate Communication**: Help the student communicate with teachers, peers, and other school staff. This may involve using alternative communication methods such as sign language, picture cards, or assistive technology.
- **Promote Independence**: Encourage the student to develop self-help skills and independence in activities of daily living, such as organizing materials, following routines, and managing time.

**Qualifications-**
- A bachelor's degree in education, special education, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with special needs, learning disabilities, or behavioral challenges.
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the student's education.
- Understanding of various learning disabilities, developmental disorders, and behavioral challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹29,867.15 per month
