To drive the overall sales of local business in dairy feed additives & ingredient business in the assigned territory. Focus in developing new business, managing and improving existing business in line with the expectation of management. The person will be responsible for building and executing overall sales and marketing plans. He/she will define the product portfolio for the assigned territory, work on overall product positioning, pricing and branding. The role requires a strong sales experience, marketing capabilities and technical knowledge with strong B2B and large farm customer connect in the territory assigned.

To achieve the required sale and marketing budget in validation with the management.

Formulation and execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve the desired goals and to improve presence and market share in the assigned territory.

To define and own the GTM of the dairy business, develop company range of products and services, define product positioning, initiate new product trials and launches, product pricing in line with expected margins for the chosen customer segment.

To identify and appoint distributors/sub dealers and support existing company ones, assist their customer prospection and visits, promote products and negotiate prices in line with the Indian management and overall budget. Provide the required technical and marketing support to the distributors in the region to support business.

Manage and develop a select of major/strategic key accounts with the support of regional technical and product management team.

Ensure in depth intelligence of market conditions, provide timely market data/insights to the company management, maintain up to date data around competing products and services in order to align marketing and sales strategies.

Connect and work with both local and regional/global support team, request for their support around sales, marketing and technical whenever required, to coordinate and facilitate their customer visits to support business whenever in India.

Work along with the regional marketing team to implement marketing strategy, build overall brand awareness by participating in events, seminars, advertisement and other related promotional activities

Plan in advance monthly travels in validation with reporting manager, control travel and other cost in line with targeted sales. Timely submit and discuss travel report and the outcome on customer visits.

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
