As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team.

**Position**: Accounts Executive

**Location**:Ghansoli.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:
As an Accounts Executive at Sharda Cards Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Accounting Management**: Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.

**GST Working**: Manage all aspects of GST calculations, including input tax credit, output tax, and reverse charge mechanisms.

**Tally Operations**: Utilize Tally ERP software to process financial transactions, generate reports, and maintain financial records.

**GSTR Filing**:Prepare and file GST returns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with GST regulations.

**Financial Reporting**:Assist in generating financial statements, balance sheets, and other relevant reports for management review.

**Vendor and Customer Reconciliation**: Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable statements, resolving discrepancies as needed.

**Expense Management**: Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

**Financial Audits**: Assist in internal and external financial audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

**Process Improvement**: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes, increase efficiency, and minimize errors.

**Compliance**:Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulations to ensure the company's financial practices remain compliant.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Management, to provide accurate financial data and insights.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles.

Strong proficiency in using Tally ERP software for accounting and financial operations.

In-depth knowledge of GST calculations, returns filing, and compliance requirements.

Basic understanding of financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary and Benefits**:
The salary range for this position is ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
